Director'sDealings: Notification and reports of transactions of management figures according to Art. 15 a of the German Securities Trading Act

In accordance with Art. 15 a of the German Securities Trading Act in the version of the Act to Improve Investor Protection dated 28 October 2004, transactions conducted by members of the management and supervisory boards of listed companies, their spouses or registered partners, in the securities of our company must be published immediately following notification thereof, provided the total sum of these transactions is equal to or exceeds the amount of EUR 5,000 before the end of the calendar year. The report must be posted online for one month minimum.

The list of transactions in the 2005 financial year can be found in the Group's annual report 2005 (see page 151).

In the 2006 and 2007 calendar years, no such transactions were notified to Arcandor AG.
